Kindly note that starting 1st January 2022, Value Added Tax will be imposed at a rate of 10% to all fees, trading commissions, other commissions and charges of services provided by Bahrain Bourse and Bahrain Clear (a wholly owned subsidiary of Bahrain Bourse), as an obligation from both companies to implement Decree-Law Number 33 for the Year 2021 Amending Decree-Law Number 48 for the Year 2018 Promulgating the Value Added Tax (VAT) Law.
