Bahrain Bourse Achieves Excellence in Customer Service Award via the National Suggestions & Complaints System 'Tawasul'

Shaikh Khalifa bin Ebrahim Al-Khalifa, Chief Executive Officer of Bahrain Bourse expressed his sincere thanks and gratitude to HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, for awarding Bahrain Bourse within the top government agencies awarded for their excellence in customer service for the year 2021 for the 2nd consecutive year.
Shaikh Khalifa bin Ebrahim Al-Khalifa said, “The award is a result of Bahrain Bourse’s efforts to serve all parties related to the capital markets sector, and demonstrates its commitment to provide open communication channels to meet the needs of all stakeholders. During the year 2021, Bahrain Bourse responded to all suggestions and feedback sent with a response rate of 100%.”
“We are keen to enhance communication channels available to leverage investor experience in order to provide value-added services that supports our strategic efforts to achieve operational excellence and digital transformation in its various initiatives,” Shaikh Khalifa bin Ebrahim Al-Khalifa added.
