* The original and copy of a valid National Identification Card

* The original and copy of valid Passport

* A copy of power of attorney certified by a notary public. If you are a foreigner please certify your power of attorney from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in your country.

* A copy of the respresentative's valid Identification and Passport

* The original and copy of valid National Identification card

* The original and copy of valid Passport

* Certified copy of court order in case of the legal guardian not being the father of the minor account holder.

* A copy of Passport and National Identification Card of the legal guardian 

* The original and copy of a valid National Identification Card for all parties

*The original and copy of valid Passport for all parties

* Fill "Signature Card" & "Investor Number Form" for each party

* Signature of all parties

* Letter from all parties of joint account directed to Bahrain Bourse authorizing any or all parties to manage the account 

* Copy of Institution valid Registration Certificate (CR)

* A copy of the institutiion's Memorandum & Articles of Association

* List of directors names, shares held by each one of them and their full address

* An original letter printed on the institution's official letter head stating the authorized person(s) on behlaf of the institution

* The original and a copy of the authorized persons' valid passports and identification cards
