Bahrain Bourse Bids Farewell to its Head of Surveillance & Systems Administration
Bahrain Bourse & Bahrain Clear honored its long service employees
on Wednesday 17 October 2018 where awards were presented to
16 employees. During the ceremony held at the Bourse’s premises,
Bahrain Bourse and Bahrain Clear employees who have completed
five, ten, fifteen and twenty years of service were recognized for
their achievements and years of dedication, acknowledging their
important role towards the success of Bahrain Bourse throughout
the years. The Chief Executive Officer of Bahrain Bourse Shaikh
Khalifa Bin Ebrahim Al Khalifa thanked the long service employ-
ees for their noticeable efforts throughout their past service and
presented them with trophies of recognition and appreciation.

in the presence of the Bourse’s staff and management.
Ms. Fadheela expressed her gratitude to Bahrain Bourse
management for their continuous support during her service
period and wished the Bourse continued success and prosperity.

Bahrain Bourse Participates in IOSCO’s 2018 World Investor Week
Bahrain Bourse, an Affiliate member of The International
Organization
of
Securities
Commissions
(IOSCO),
participated in the second annual World Investor
Week (“WIW”) that was held from 1 - 7 October 2018.
The 2018 WIW involved a week-long of activities carried out by
Bahrain Bourse along with the participating of 82 other IOSCO
member jurisdictions. A key objective of the WIW was to
highlight the importance of investor education and protection, and
to foster learning opportunities for investors, given today´s rapidly
changing environment of online and technological innovations.
