In a new step to develop the dis-
semination of its market data to
investors and the financial invest-
ment community, Bahrain Bourse
(BHB) has unveiled its new Mo-
bile App “Bahrain Bourse” avail-
able for both iOS and Android
operating systems in beta ver-
sion. The aim of the app is to of-
fer investors an easily accessible
platform in their pocket to assist
them in making investment deci-
sions according to the latest mar-
ket news & company disclosure.
The newly launched app offers a
number of features that enables

The “myShare” card will be is-
sued by Al Salam Bank-Bah-
rain in partnership with Visa,
and will be issued to more than
140,000 investors at free of cost.

secure and widely accepted to over
35 million outlets and over 2 mil-
lion ATMs across the globe, wher-
ever the “Visa” sign is displayed.
Besides the value-added benefits of
“myShare” card, customers will also
receive free SMS alerts, monthly
electronic statements to manage
their financial accounts in addi-
tion to a secured online shopping
features through “Verified by Visa”.
It is worth mentioning that Bah-
rain Clear is a fully owned sub-
sidiary of Bahrain Bourse with
a disclosed capital of 5 million
Bahraini Dinars, and a paid up
capital of 1 million Bahraini Di-
nars. Bahrain Clear is licensed by
the Central Bank of Bahrain as
a ‘Clearing House’ offering post-
trade services to investors. Bahrain
Clear’s service offering includes
related services of transactions
depository, clearing, settlement,
central registry and registration.
